In a report that calls for the transformation of support for carers across the UK, Mobilise, a tech-for-good startup shares new research that suggest the most effective forms of support centred around building a sense of community and belonging. Proving access to reliable and relevant information was considered central as well as the use of digital channels to extend reach and advice to a wider population. In response to the findings, Mobilise is developing ways to use artificial intelligence to significantly increase the capacity of carers centres and other groups who provide support.
